Heart Pine pergola at the Santa Eulalia Hotel Real, a 5 star resort in the southern Algarve province of Portugal. This southern Eurpoean vacation destination is owned by Senior Gomez, whose construction company built the hotel; his own mill employed artisans who handcrafted all the furniture in the hotel! Seventeen containers of reclaimed antique heart pine were shipped from E.T. Moore’s plant in Richmond, Virginia, through the port of Norfolk to Lisbon for this job. Our antique wood, used for this pergola, the main gates, doors of the villas, and furniture, helps maintain the rustic theme Sr. Gomez achieved throughout the resort.
